It depends on the damage. Minor wear, light stains, and small scratches are usually fine. Heavily damaged, broken, or structurally unsound pieces are difficult for us to take. Send clear photos of the damage and we'll give you an honest answer either way.
We discuss dismantling and collection arrangements with every seller before pickup. Beds, wardrobes, and workstations often need to come apart — we'll plan what's needed, agree on timing and building access, and talk through preparation (empty drawers, keep fittings together) so collection day goes smoothly.
