We buy used furniture from sellers across the UAE. Our service includes reviewing photos and details you provide, offering a valuation, and — if you accept — arranging collection of the agreed items.

Valuations

  • Valuations are based on the photos, descriptions, and details you provide.
  • An offer is an invitation, not a binding contract, until we confirm the items in person.
  • If items differ significantly from what was described or photographed, we may revise or withdraw our offer — we’ll always discuss this with you honestly first.
  • You are under no obligation to accept any offer we make.

Your Responsibilities

  • The furniture you offer must belong to you, or you must have the right to sell it.
  • Please describe your furniture honestly, including any damage or defects.
  • Please have items ready as agreed for collection (emptied, accessible, with fittings kept together where relevant).

Collection

  • Collection timing, dismantling needs, and access arrangements are agreed with you in advance.
  • Please ensure safe access for collection at the agreed time (building permissions, parking, elevators).
  • If collection can’t proceed due to access issues on the day, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Payment

  • Payment timing and method are agreed with you before collection.
  • Payment relates to the items as confirmed at collection.
